Hiring a Virtual Assistant is the perfect solution for many busy executives, working moms or even students needing help in their different activities…
Now, although the main reason is to let this person help you it doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t supervise his / her job… Even if you’re in Australia and your VA is in Central America.
Thanks to today’s technology, working one – on- one with your assistant is possible: you can give specific instructions about some project, upload articles / pictures that need editing, send information that needs to be analyzed, etc. All you need is the perfect website or software according to your projects.
For example, an easy and affordable way of working online is googledocs, which allows the creator to share the information with the people he/she invites, and let them edit, save, read, etc.
There’s also other kind of websites that gives more options than googledocs, like Basecamp, a friendly platform that even let you control the time for each task, perfect for those “hourly-based” services so common among the virtual services.
Don’t forget to explore other options, or go back to the common tools like Skype, which has so many features other than just making and receiving calls.

Por servicios virtuales se entienden aquellos prestados a través del Internet, muy relacionado con el término “remoto”, es decir, aunque no se encuentren ambas partes (cliente y prestador de servicios) en el mismo lugar físico es posible establecer una relación comercial.
Las asistentes virtuales han cobrado auge en los últimos años, especialmente en países de habla inglesa, aunque en Latinoamérica hay todo un gremio de asistentes virtuales o VAs (por sus iniciales en inglés) integrado principalmente por países como Argentina o México.
Siendo una tendencia inovadora y altamente eficaz (aunque no es la solución ideal para todos), Mayordomo Fiel ha agregado a sus servicios la opción de solicitar alguna asistencia virtualmente.
